At Sea Fine, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Not entirely satisfied with your jewelry? No problem – you can return your order within 14 days.
1. Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for Return

The item is undamaged, unused and in original condition

The item is in its original packaging (including jewelry box)

Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned
3. How do I return?

Send an email to info@seafine.nl with your order number and reason for return (optional)

You will receive the return address and further instructions from us

Pack the product securely and send it back

Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive your money back within 5 business days via the original payment method
4. Return Costs
The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrectly delivered item).
